Lyssna, formerly UsabilityHub, is a user research platform focused on quick, unmoderated studies that product and design teams can run to get feedback on ideas and interfaces without scheduling live sessions. Its methods include five-second tests that measure first impressions, first-click tests that show where people would tap to complete a task, preference tests comparing design options, navigation and tree tests for information architecture, card sorting, and surveys, plus prototype testing that imports interactive designs from Figma. Studies can be sent to a team's own users or fielded to Lyssna's participant panel of hundreds of thousands of people across many countries and demographic filters, with results returning quickly and analysis tools like heatmaps and click maps built in. It also includes a research repository for storing and sharing findings and a participant management system for teams that recruit their own. Lyssna is aimed at UX researchers, product designers, and product managers who want to validate decisions with real user data early and often. It offers a limited free plan, and paid plans that add more studies, larger response limits, panel credits, collaboration, and advanced features, with pricing that changed in late 2025 toward larger plans.
