About Encharge
Encharge is a marketing automation platform built specifically for SaaS companies, designed around the behavioral and lifecycle marketing needs of a subscription software business, like onboarding new trial users, nurturing free users toward a paid upgrade, and re-engaging accounts showing signs of churn risk. Its visual flow builder lets marketing teams design automation sequences triggered by specific product events, such as a user completing a key onboarding action or failing to use a core feature within their trial period, which requires connecting marketing automation directly to real product usage data rather than only email engagement signals like opens and clicks. Encharge integrates with common product analytics and data tools to pull in that usage data, and its segmentation lets marketers build highly specific audiences based on a combination of plan type, usage behavior, and lifecycle stage, rather than broad demographic or list-based segments that don't reflect how a user is actually engaging with the product. Built-in A/B testing on automation flows lets teams compare which messaging or timing sequence actually improves activation or retention, rather than guessing at what's working from surface-level open rate metrics alone. Encharge is aimed at SaaS marketing teams who have found generic, ecommerce-oriented marketing automation platforms poorly suited to a subscription software business's actual lifecycle, where usage-based triggers matter far more than they do for a typical online retailer sending promotional campaigns.
