Streak

Streak is a customer relationship management tool that runs entirely inside Gmail as a browser extension, so a user manages pipelines, contacts, and deals in the same window where they read and send email. Records appear alongside the inbox, and any email thread can be added to a pipeline with one click, which suits people who effectively run their process out of their inbox, such as founders, recruiters, real estate agents, business development, and small sales teams. Streak's pipelines are customizable with different column types, views, filtering, sorting, and grouping, and the tool adds email power features on top of Gmail, including send later, email tracking with open and view notifications, mail merge for personalized bulk sending, and snippets for reusable text. It also supports automations that add leads from forms, assign tasks when a stage changes, and trigger follow-ups, plus shared pipelines and a shared team inbox. In 2025 Streak added an AI co-pilot that generates deal summaries, answers questions about pipeline data, and auto-fills contact details from email signatures and enrichment. It offers a limited free plan for individuals and paid per-user plans that unlock unlimited pipelines, advanced features, reporting, and AI credits.
