Okendo

Okendo is a customer marketing platform for e-commerce brands, primarily on Shopify, that bundles several retention and social-proof tools that are often bought separately. Its reviews product collects ratings, written feedback, photos, and videos through post-purchase flows and on-site widgets, with attribute-based questions that let shoppers filter by fit, size, or skin type, and structured data that surfaces star ratings in search results. Around reviews, Okendo adds a loyalty and rewards program with points, tiers, and referral incentives, customer surveys for gathering zero-party data and product feedback, and quizzes that guide shoppers to the right product. The platform emphasizes tying all of this to customer profiles and syncing it with email and SMS tools like Klaviyo so that review, loyalty, and survey data can drive segmentation and personalized campaigns. Okendo positions itself as a way to consolidate a stack of single-purpose apps into one system with a unified view of customer engagement, and it competes with larger suites and with best-of-breed point tools. It is aimed at growing and mid-market direct-to-consumer brands. Okendo is sold as a paid subscription, typically priced by order volume and the modules a brand enables, with add-on pricing for loyalty and surveys.
