Qovery is an internal developer platform that gives engineering teams self-service deployment and environment management on top of their own cloud accounts. It started as a simple platform-as-a-service layer over Kubernetes and has grown into a broader platform for building internal developer portals and workflows. Developers connect a Git repository and Qovery provisions the underlying infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or an existing cluster, handling containers, databases, networking, TLS, and secrets, so shipping a service does not require writing Kubernetes manifests or Terraform by hand. A central feature is on-demand ephemeral environments: every pull request can get a full, isolated copy of the application and its dependencies for testing and review, then be torn down automatically, which removes a common bottleneck around shared staging environments. Because Qovery runs in the customer's cloud rather than hosting workloads itself, teams keep control of their data, costs, and compliance while getting a Heroku-like experience. It targets startups and platform teams that want developer self-service and preview environments without building and maintaining that tooling internally. Qovery offers a free tier for small teams and paid plans that add more members, environments, support, and governance controls.
