About Midi Health
Midi Health is a virtual care platform focused specifically on perimenopause and menopause, connecting women in midlife with clinicians trained in menopause-specific care to address symptoms like hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood changes, and other hormonal shifts that have historically been under-addressed or dismissed in standard primary care and gynecology visits. Patients book virtual visits with Midi's clinicians, who can prescribe hormone therapy and other evidence-based treatments and coordinate ongoing care through the platform, giving women access to a level of menopause-specific clinical expertise that isn't consistently available through a typical primary care provider, many of whom receive limited formal training on menopause management. Midi's care model emphasizes longer visits and a more thorough evaluation of the full range of physical and mental health symptoms tied to hormonal changes in midlife, rather than treating menopause symptoms as a series of disconnected individual complaints handled in short, siloed appointments. The platform also works with insurance plans and employers, positioning menopause care as a benefit companies can offer alongside more traditional health coverage, recognizing that a meaningful share of the workforce moves through this life stage during their working years and often does so without adequate clinical support. Midi Health is aimed at women who have found their symptoms minimized or their treatment options poorly explained by traditional healthcare settings.
