Lighthouse, formerly known as OTA Insight, is a commercial intelligence platform for the hotel and short-term rental industry that helps revenue managers and commercial teams decide how to price and distribute their inventory. It aggregates a large volume of market data, including competitor rates across booking channels, rate parity monitoring, flight and search demand signals, event calendars, and historical and forward-looking booking trends, and turns it into dashboards and recommendations a hotelier can act on. Its products span rate shopping and parity, market and demand intelligence, a business intelligence layer that connects to a property's own data, and revenue management with pricing automation, and it has expanded into distribution tooling, including an AI-powered channel manager for independent hotels that automates pricing, promotions, and channel connectivity. Lighthouse was built by combining several products and acquired companies into one platform, and it draws on data covering tens of thousands of hotels and millions of short-term rental listings across most of the world. It is aimed at everyone from independent hotels to large groups and management companies. Lighthouse is sold as a paid subscription, priced by the number of properties and the mix of intelligence and revenue management modules a customer uses.
