Juro is a contract automation platform that brings the whole contract process into one browser-based workspace, designed so that business teams can handle routine agreements themselves while legal keeps control of templates and terms. Users create contracts from templates with conditional logic, collaborate on edits and comments in a native editor rather than passing Word files back and forth, route approvals, and complete signing with built-in e-signature, then store every executed contract in a structured repository where key data like value, renewal date, and counterparty is captured automatically and can be queried or reported on. Juro has leaned into AI, adding tools to draft and summarize contracts, review third-party paper against a company's playbook, extract and answer questions about contract data in plain language, and it has built integrations including one with a major AI assistant. It connects to CRM, HR, and storage systems so contracts start and finish where teams already work. Founded in London in 2016, Juro serves scaling companies that have outgrown manual contract handling but do not want a heavy enterprise system.
