Golioth

Golioth is an IoT device management platform built specifically for embedded engineering teams, giving them tools for over-the-air firmware updates, remote logging, device configuration, and fleet monitoring across devices running on common embedded operating systems and microcontrollers. Rather than requiring embedded engineers to build custom cloud infrastructure just to manage devices once they're deployed in the field, Golioth provides a set of APIs and a lightweight device SDK that plugs into a team's existing firmware, giving them remote visibility into device health and the ability to push firmware updates safely to a fleet of devices without requiring physical access to each unit. Golioth supports staged rollouts for firmware updates, letting a team push an update to a small percentage of a fleet first and monitor for problems before rolling it out more broadly, which matters a great deal for physical devices where a bad firmware update can be far more costly and slow to fix than a bad software deployment.
