## About Flowspace

Flowspace is an on-demand warehousing and fulfillment platform that gives ecommerce brands access to a distributed network of warehouses across a country without signing a long-term lease or fulfillment contract with any single facility, aimed at growing brands that need to place inventory closer to customers to cut shipping times and costs but don't have the volume or capital to build out their own multi-location warehouse network. Brands connect their sales channels to Flowspace's platform, which then intelligently distributes inventory across its network of warehouse partners based on where customer demand is actually concentrated, so an order placed by a customer on one coast can be fulfilled from a nearby warehouse rather than shipping from a single, distant central warehouse every time regardless of the customer's actual location. Its software layer gives brands a unified view of inventory levels and order status across every warehouse in the network, functioning as a single source of truth even though the physical inventory is distributed across multiple third-party-operated facilities behind the scenes. This model lets a growing ecommerce brand get access to the kind of geographically distributed fulfillment network that would traditionally require significant capital investment and long-term commitments to build directly, instead accessing that capability on a more flexible, usage-based basis as order volume grows or shifts across regions.
