## About Codemagic

Codemagic is a continuous integration and delivery service for mobile apps, created by the team behind Nevercode and originally launched in partnership with Google as a dedicated CI/CD tool for Flutter. It has since broadened to build Android, iOS, React Native, Ionic, and Unity projects in addition to Flutter, running everything on cloud machines including Apple silicon Macs so teams do not need their own hardware. Developers can configure pipelines through an automatic project setup in the interface or with a version-controlled YAML file for full control, and Codemagic handles building, running tests, code signing with managed certificates, and publishing to the App Store, Google Play, and other distribution targets, along with notifications and release automation. It integrates with GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, and self-hosted Git. In 2025 it added App Preview, which lets reviewers open a build in iOS simulators and Android emulators directly in the browser from a shared link. Codemagic is popular in the Flutter community in particular and with cross-platform teams. It offers a free tier with a monthly allowance of build minutes, and pay-as-you-go and subscription pricing for additional build time, concurrency, and team features.
