## About Arcadia

Arcadia is a climate technology company with two connected sides: a utility data platform for businesses and a consumer-facing community solar program. Its Arc platform provides API access to energy data from thousands of utilities, letting other companies pull a customer's account details, historical usage, rates, and billing information with permission, which is foundational infrastructure for solar installers, EV and home-energy apps, sustainability reporting tools, and demand-response programs that need accurate utility data. On the consumer side, Arcadia manages one of the largest community solar programs in the United States, connecting households and small businesses to local solar farms so they can receive credits on their electricity bills and support renewable generation without installing panels, at no upfront cost. In 2025 Arcadia and Perch Energy combined their community solar businesses into a joint venture, majority owned by Arcadia, managing several gigawatts of solar capacity. Arcadia is a certified B Corporation and has raised significant venture and growth funding to expand its data platform. Its community solar enrollment is free to consumers, who simply save on their electricity costs, while the Arc data platform is sold to businesses as a paid product priced by API usage and the data services required.
