Activepieces is an open-source workflow automation platform positioned as an approachable, self-hostable alternative to closed tools like Zapier. It provides a visual flow builder where users connect triggers and actions across hundreds of applications, add branching, loops, and code steps, and run automations either on Activepieces Cloud or on their own infrastructure. The core project is MIT licensed with no feature restrictions on the self-hosted community edition, which includes unlimited flows, unlimited runs, and the full library of connectors, so teams that care about data residency or cost predictability can host it themselves and pay only for their servers.
